A 50% non refundable deposit is required on completion of costume selection. 

The 50% Balance is due on or before July 1st.  Failure to remit the balance due on the specified date will result in forfeiting the original purchase.

After submitting your purchase/deposit a full refund will be permitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 Hours all purchases are final and deposits are non refundable. 

In order to recover your purchase under all other circumstances the masquerader will have to independently advertise your costume for sale and must advise Blue Box Cart in writing of change of ownership.

A strict age limit will be enforced. Masqueraders must be 18 years of age by August 1st, 2024, to participate. 

Blue Box Cart reserves the right to cancel any costume order with no refund if the masquerader does not meet these requirements.  NO exceptions will be permitted.  

Masqueraders are responsible for their sizing selections and will not be refunded or exchanged if the incorrect size is entered. We will do our best to accommodate wrong sizes upon distribution, but it is not guaranteed.

Masqueraders are responsible for collecting their costumes during distribution days and times.  

Blue Box Cart will not hold costumes for masqueraders who do not collect their costumes during distribution.  

If the masquerader does not claim their costume during this time they will forfeit their full costume payment and registration fees.

In the event that the festival is canceled by the Government of Barbados or due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. natural disasters, costume refunds will not be issued.

Orders are not complete until full payment has been completed.

• No switching of sections is permitted after 24 hours

• Band House Address, Marine Villa, Bay Street, St Michael, Barbados
• Pick up will only be available at the above address
• Masqueraders must show Costume confirmation QR code along with a Valid ID Card for collection of costume during distribution.
